Q// Do you use products that test on animals?
A// NO! None of the products that I use are tested on animals and they are all vegan. Everything is checked before purchase and I test all products myself before buying for my kit.

Q// How much do you charge?
A// Price is dependent on the service that you require and the distance of travel. Please see pricing page for more details.

Q// Can I cancel my booking?
A// Yes you can cancel however 21 days after the deposit is paid it becomes non refundable. That gives you 21 days cooling off period if you change your mind and you will get your money back. After this period any cancellations will loose the deposit amount. No further amounts will be charged due to cancellation.

Q// What happens to my information?
A// I require contact information in order to create a booking, this information is never shared. If a booking has been made contact details will be held until the event has taken place and full payment has been made. No contact details will be saved if an enquire has been made with no booking or purchase. This is compliant with the new General Data Protection Regulations.

Q// Do I need to pay a deposit?
A// A £30 deposit is required in order to confirm a booking. The deposit is refundable for 21 days after the date has been booked. Any bookings made closer than 21 days to the event date is non-refundable. After the 21 days the deposit will not be refunded on cancelling.

A// Returns are only available if there is an issue with any products. Please contact me with any issues and I will do everything I can to help.

Q// Do you test on animals?
A// No! All products that I use or make are 100% cruelty-free and 100% vegan. This means that no animals have been harmed in the making of any products. I strongly believe in being an animal friendly and Eco friendly company.
